Thursday, November 1st: Feeling revitalized after my dad and I’s biweekly lunch.
Friday, November 2nd: Deciding the bad mood I was in would NOT be remedied by staying in, but by going out to see a movie.
Saturday, November 3rd: Handing Joey a spicy Bloody Mary and settling into my seat at the Sie.
Sunday, November 4th: Watching a flock of birds fly around the roof of the apartment building opposite the yoga studio I was in.
Monday, November 5th: Feeling annoyed at how long my steel-cut oats were taking to cook and that my plan to be ready for work on time was not going accordingly.
Tuesday, November 6th: Turning my phone back on after yoga and getting good news about the election from my mom and sister.
Wednesday, November 7th: Looking for my pup and finally finding him curled up sleeping under the covers in our bed.
Thursday, November 8th: Reading a “birthday schedule” I wrote for my 11th birthday in Disneyland (OMG, who am I??).
Friday, November 9th: Filling up bowls of popcorn for Joey and I.
Saturday, November 10th: Standing in line at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House and helping Joey decide what concessions to buy for the movie.
Sunday, November 11th: Wondering what we’d done earlier in the yoga class to make my legs feel so darn shaky!
Monday, November 12th: Looking up as we drove to work and truly feeling like we were in a snow globe ♥
Tuesday, November 13th: Finishing Parks and Recreation and feeling like it was a big deal. “Those were my friends!” is maybe a real thing I said afterward.
Wednesday, November 14th: Deciding I was over pork tenderloin forever.
Thursday, November 15th: Drinking a “popcorn tea” that legitimately had a tiny piece of popcorn inside the tea bag.
Friday, November 16th: Giving a dramatic impression of Saoirse Ronan in Mary Queen of Scots (“Remember, if you murder me, you murder your sister… and you murder your queen!”) on the drive home from the movie theater.
Saturday, November 17th: Firing up KOSI 101.1 on iHeartRadio to see if they’d started playing Christmas music and discovering yes, yes they had!
Sunday, November 18th: Trying to watch the final episode of Season 2 of The Deuce but getting caught in technical difficulties (one after another!) and deciding it was the universe’s way of telling me to just read instead.
Monday, November 19th: Telling Joey I had a dream someone stole my purse from my shopping cart at the grocery store.
Tuesday, November 20th: Setting my alarm for 5:21 AM so I could hit the gym before work on Wednesday.
Wednesday, November 21st: Cheersing steamed buns at the chef’s counter during our traditional Thanksgiving Eve dinner at Uncle.
Thursday, November 22nd: The whole family (Andi included!) FaceTiming with my aunt and uncle in Arizona.
Friday, November 23rd: The first sip of a very medicinal-tasting cocktail at Cart Driver.
Saturday, November 24th: Coming home to find our pup curled up in the clothes we’d pulled from the dryer and tossed on our bed.
Sunday, November 25th: Laughing SO hard at a screenshot of Joey at the Avs game 😛
Monday, November 26th: Maybe closing my eyes for a brief nap on the way to work (I wasn’t driving!).
Tuesday, November 27th: Reading the KBCO Studio C track list to Joey.
Wednesday, November 28th: Looking at a picture of Mason from the day Hannah and Josh brought him home from the hospital and wondering how that tiny tiny baby could possibly be turning ONE on Sunday!
Thursday, November 29th: Hearing that little scratch on the bedroom door, letting a little pup in and having him curl up next to me in bed ♥
Friday, November 30th: Changing the batteries in my twinkle lights so they would twinkle extra bright.
